Orders will begin processing immediately following purchase completion and will usually ship within 3 days. This does not include shipping transit time.

Orders will begin processing immediately following purchase completion. Most orders will ship within 3 days of placement and will arrive via UPS ground. Please see shipping map for approximate delivery time. If you select the optional rush processing service, the processing time is reduced to 2 business days. This does not include shipping transit time.
Returns
Personalized products are non-returnable and cannot be canceled once ordered. However, reprints will be issued for paper defects, printer errors and shipping damage.
Questions about refunds should be sent to customer service. We cannot accept returns based on customer input errors (e.g., typos, layout).
